Excruciating - Yes many people live a life of regret and experience excruciating pain physically and emotionally for not doing what they should have done long time ago for their health and wealth!
The saddest words are these, "If I've only taken action when given the opportunity."
X - represents negative thinking - "Whether you think you can or you can't - you're right." - Henry Ford. People are held back in life by negative thinking which gives them negative results in life.
Crutches - Your excuses are crutches that makes you dependent on them if you don't grow strong and live without them!
Useless - Yes excuses are useless because they are there to hold you back, to stop you from doing what you should be doing. Get rid of your excuses if you want to move ahead in life!
Sad - Yes it is sad to live a poor life when you can live a rich life. It is sad not to live your dream and continue to live on your excuses!
Excuses - Write down all your excuses on a piece of paper, why you are not living your dream, after you've don't that, tear the paper into pieces, burn them or flush them down the toilet where they belong!
Selfish - People with lots of excuses are selfish, they only think of themselves, they never think of their loved ones and society at large.
If you are able to live your dream, have more money, more time and better health, you can make your loved ones happy and contribute to society in many ways!
! - represents insanity! - Albert Einstein defined insanity as "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result." If you continue to do what you're doing, you'll continue to get what you're getting, isn't it?
For things to change, first you must change. And it all starts from your principles, values and beliefs. Change your thoughts and you will change your life!
