This business is driven by leaders and leaders know a good compensation plan when they see one. You want a compensation plan that is balanced and takes care of the part-timers as well as the leaders.
A compensation plan with a very low entry point, so that everyone can join, with a low monthly maintenance volume so that everyone can stay in the business, and a generous reward plan for serious business builders and part-timers to encourage them to build the business!
Integrity of the support system offline and online.
Network marketing has evolved. It's now more powerful with the integration of internet marketing. You get to leverage on the best of both worlds, high touch and high tech.
