Having been in this industry for 23 years I've seen the good, bad, ugly, beautiful and funny!
Yes you can choose to do it fast, slow or the right way! In all industries there will be black sheep or people who do not play by the rules.
Because of the greed factor and these rogue leaders want to make money fast, many of them ask their prospects to order big packages when the prospects are not ready and this create stress and artificial demand in the market.
To make things worse these rogue leaders will dump the product at way below wholesale prices and this will hurt the business. Why should a customer buy a product at $100 when he can get it for $50?

Many companies are getting their acts together with their compliance departments to address this product dumping issue by rogue leaders who get their group to buy lots of products to qualify for their ranks, and after that, dump the products into the market at half price!
Then out of desperation to get results fast they break the cardinal rule which is not to poach or switch line. Poaching and switching lines have destroyed many people's businesses because this is a people business and when people believed that they have been betrayed, they will stop doing the business!
Of course there will be some grey areas and justifications when uplines and downlines get into arguments because of some miscommunications or misunderstandings and decide not to work together anymore.
There are even cases where uplines compete with downlines and even destroy the downlines' business! This sounds crazy but you are dealing with people and in this business the floodgates are open to everyone and you do have a few who are considered "abnormal" or a bit crazy!
God made it very clear the importance of integrity in the Bible, "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12
Leaders have to take responsibility to raise the standards in this industry. Because you are dealing with people, it can be challenging, some will form their secret groups and are not willing to share their secret knowledge with other groups!
There are no secrets in this business! The reasons such things are happening it is because of fear and the lack mentality of some leaders.
There is more than enough for everyone! Some leaders have the ocean of abundance mentality and some leaders have the fish tank or limiting mentality.
The right way means no frontloading, no product dumping, no poaching and switching lines or encouraging your downlines to switch lines that is to your advantage.
