Follow Up - You need about 45 minutes of briefing on the benefits of the products and the business, keep it short, sweet and simple! At the beginning, you do not want to overload them.
Direct them to the resources available at the website's back office and the calender of events. You must plug them into the effective support system of training, seminars, webinars, special events and conventions.
Follow Through - You need about 2 hours for the business builders to help them understand the compensation plan and the simple marketing strategies in building the business.
Do not reinvent the wheel or overload them with too much information at the beginning - this is a common mistake most network marketers make.
It is like eating, you got to take a bite at a time. Do not stuff them up with too much information, but direct them to resources that they can go to at their own time and pace.
Clarity is power. The four pillars of a network marketing business must be crystal clear to them.
The Management - what are the strengths of the founders and management team. What are they doing right?
The Products - what are the unique qualities of the products and the science behind them. Who are the renowned doctors and scientists, and why they endorse and recommend these great products?
The Compensation Plan - why this brilliant, proven and generous compensation plan is able to attract top leaders in this industry who have made their millions and are able to appreciate a great reward plan when they see one!
The Effective Support System Offline and Online - why he must plug himself and his team into the support system to be successful. The support system of training, seminars, webinars, special events and conventions will help them and their teams to have clarity, commitment and belief in the business!
Leverage on tools, a picture says a thousand words but a video says so much more! Start them with short inspiring videos of 5 minutes to 15 minutes before sharing training videos that will last one hour or more.
It is very important to ask them to use a journal, to record their thoughts, what they have learned and the questions they want to ask, at each meeting or training session, there should be a short Q&A session where you answer their questions.
