I've formulated these rules of life that I've learned from many enlightened masters into these traffic rules of life to make it easy for you to apply to your life.
Every day when you are on the road, you will probably see the traffic lights, let them remind you to follow these traffic rules of life!
RED - Do not hurt people.
AMBER - Love, Learn, Leverage and Live Your Dream!
GREEN - Help many people to live a better and happy life!
Being a leader you must not tell lies, exaggerate and deceive others.
Always check your facts and speak the truth. Many times so-called "leaders" distort the truth and misrepresent the company, products and compensation plan and they caused a lot of confusion and frictions.
If you believe in God, then do the right thing because God is omnipotent, ominscient and omnipresent! He knows everything that you do!
All network marketers will do well when they follow the Rotary 4-way Test.
The 4-Way Test Of the things we think, say or do:
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
Adopted by Rotary in 1943, The 4-Way Test has been translated into more than a hundred languages and published in thousands of ways.
Network marketing is a people business and many times misunderstanding happens because of miscommunications and people sharing information without putting it to the Rotary 4-Way Test!
There are many rumors, deceptions and lies that need to be minimized or eradicated if your team is to thrive, these will cause misunderstanding and frictions to the team and create disharmony.
For your team to be strong the rules must be clear. No poaching, No switching lines, and No product dumping! Before you share information, put it to the Rotary 4-Way Test!
Always remember God's words of wisdom on integrity, "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12
Always work with the universal law of cause and effect - what you sow you shall reap - what goes around comes around in your business and your life.
Every night you have to face the person in the mirror, ask these four important questions:
1. "Mirror, mirror on the wall who is the cause of it all?"
2. "What did I learn today?"
3. "Was I fair to everyone I meet and did I do the right thing?"
4. "Am I going to admit my mistakes, repent and ask God for forgiveness and be a better person?"
Learn to let go and forgive others so that the Father in Heaven will forgive you too. Enjoy peace of mind and a peaceful sleep every night when you do the right thing. Yes peace of mind is the greatest wealth on earth.
Do not be too hard on yourself, everyone make mistakes, all have sinned. Even when the crowd wanted to stone the adulteress to death, Jesus told them, "Those who have not sinned, throw the first stone." They left the woman alone, and Jesus told the woman, "Go and sin no more."
If you are a loving, caring, sharing, giving and forgiving person, you are half way to being successful. The other half is to join the right company at the right time, be teachable and do the right things.
