Integrity - God has made it very clear the importance of integrity, "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12
You must do the right thing to get the right result, isn't it? What is right and what is wrong?
I was very fortunate to learn this great lesson from Zopa Rinpoche at the Root Institute in India. Zopa Rinpoche shared his experience of watching a journalist and a lawyer discussing what is right and what is wrong. He shared with us his words of wisdom, and told us what is right is thinking, doing and saying things that will benefit others and what is wrong is thinking, doing and saying things that will hurt others.
Multiply - Why work hard when you can work smart? Why not multiply your time and effort thousands of times by leveraging a brilliant, proven and very effective system?

Yes, it is so true, time and tide wait for no man. We don't have many ten years left, do we? Especially those of us who are close to 60 and 70 years, we all know that sooner or later we have to leave our loved ones and friends, isn't it?
But if we can take good care of our health and extend our life by another 10 years or more, it would be a wonderful thing to do, to have more time for our loved ones and friends.
