1. Management not listening to field leaders who are in the trenches and know the market like the palm of their hand, they know what the market wants.

2. Management not staying competitive and keeping up with technology that are changing very fast. Kodak and Nokia have given a great lesson to companies, "If you are not willing to stay competitive and keep up with technology, you will be out of business!"
3. Management changing the compensation plan drastically without consulting the leaders, this is very disruptive and cause leaders to leave the company!
4. Management lack of integrity by diluting the products, for example, acai juice is more expensive than grape juice, they reduce the acai juice and add in more grape juice! The body has its intelligence to know if a product is diluted! Changing the quality of the ingredients to reduce costs is one sure way to fail!
5. Poaching and switching lines by rogue leaders within the company is a quick way to destroy the business.
6. Rogue leaders' deceptive ways, lies and misrepresentations, wild cure claims and false income claims. Some rogue leaders even advertise their opportunities as "Job Opportunities" giving the job seekers a rude shock when they found it is all about network marketing!
7. Product front loading and product dumping are like twins, they always happen at the same time! Product front loading and product dumping by rogue leaders is a sure-fire way to get thousands of members to leave the company for good!
A weak compliance department that is not able to address the poaching, switching lines, product front loading and product dumping issues is no better than not having a compliance department!
Just imagine a country having a weak police force that is not able to control the crime, people whould not dare to walk the streets at night because crime will be rampant!
MLM is a wonderful business when you do it right way it means Make Life Meaningful, Make Lots of Money, and Meet Lots of Mentors. You do it the wrong way it means Make Life Miserable, Many Lose Money, and Make Lots of Mistakes!
