You are assured of failure in your business and your life, and in network marketing when you lack integrity, credibility and sincerity!

You want to be successful in your business and in your life or in network marketing? Be honest with yourself, and ask yourself, "Am I a person with integrity, credibility and sincerity?"

You must be crystal clear on what is integrity, credibility and sincerity. Clarity is power!

Integrity - God has made it very clear the importance of integrity, "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12

Take a few minutes if you have to, take deep breaths while you are thinking and let this idea of integrity given by God, let it sink into your mind. God made it very clear, it is not in one thing, two things or three things, it is in everything!

People are attracted to people who have integrity and have their best interest at heart. They are able to trust them and feel safe with them. It is truly an honor to be known as a man with integrity.

Credibility - What skills you have mastered that make people feel that you can be trusted to get the job done because you've proven yourself. The person who decided to have a heart operation, trusted his heart surgeon to do the job well because the heart surgeon has credibility, he is properly trained and certified and has many years of experience doing heart operations!

Doctors and heart surgeons have to commit 5 to 7 years on specialized knowledge and training to master their skill and be certified.

You have to commit time and effort to build the skill. In network marketing you learn and earn at the same time and for most people they will have to invest 2 to 3 years or 3 to 5 years to master the skill of doing this business effectively.

Are people able to trust your ability to do what you promise to do? Have you devoted many years to master a skill that commands respect and trust.

Sincerity - Do you mean what you say and say what you mean? Do you deliver what you've promised others. Are you on time for your appointments? Do you keep to your agreements? Do you consider yourself a sincere person?

If you have integrity, credibility and sincerity, and you are willing to learn from those who are successful in business and in life, you will be very successful in your business and your life!

Now you know why so many people fail in network marketing. They lack integrity, credibility and sincerity and they were not willing to learn from those who are successful.

To be successful in network marketing you must do what the successful leaders are doing, there are no secrets, these leaders will share with you what you must do at the company's training, seminars, webinars, special events and conventions.

Network marketing is driven by leaders, it is about leadership and leading by example and doing the right things. You have to be a person of good character to attract people to you.

The industry has a bad image because too many network marketing companies and leaders are not doing the right things. Many are committing the seven deadly sins of network marketing!

If you want to be successful in network marketing you must not commit these seven deadly sins and avoid companies where these seven deadly sins are committed by management and rogue leaders

It is not your fault if you are in a wrong company that is committing one or more of these seven deadly sins of network marketing:

1. Poor management teams who do not listen to the feedback from the leaders in the field and are not keeping up with the competitors. In marketing you follow, do better or be left behind!

2. Poor management teams who take care of the 3% business builders at the expense of the 97% part-timers and loyal clients and this cause the high attrition rate in the industry!

3. Poor management teams who change their compensation plans drastically to the disadvantage of the leaders and part-timers without consulting them.

4. Poaching of members from other teams by rogue "leaders" who place money first before people and give the industry a bad image.

5. Switching of lines by members to get into a better position and disrupting the structure of the organization.

6. Product front loading by rogue "leaders" to generate volume and move up the ranks. These rogue "leaders" place money first before people. Many members were overwhelmed with loads of products that they were not able to consume or sell.

7. Product dumping by rogue "leaders" into the market will cause leaders and part-timers to stop doing the business and loyal clients will stop buying the products directly from the company!
