Dr Albert Schweitzer was interviewed in London by a journalist and he asked, "Doc, what's wrong with man today?"
Dr Schweitzer paused a moment and answered, "Man simply don't think."

Look at the mess the world is in right now! Most of the leaders are men!
Weapons trafficking, drug trafficking and human trafficking and child prostitution which is a very disgraceful and shameful act of man and reflect very badly the incompetency and heartless leaders who are not doing enough to address this disgraceful act!
Millions living in poverty and in slums which are eyesores to visitors and tourists. Everything is cause and effect, these slums still exist because we have shameless leaders who are not doing enough to address these eyesores that put the country in shame!
Millions of children going hungry every day! What are the world leaders doing about it?
Millions of people dying from heart attacks and strokes! Heart disease is the No.1 Killer worldwide and yet millions are neglecting their hearts and putting themselves at high risk of suffering a heart attack or stroke!

I was fortunate to be at the Root Institute in India and was in the audience with Zopa Rinpoche, an enlightened buddhist master, very well respected worldwide, he shared his experience of watching on television a journalist interviewing a lawyer on what is right and what is wrong.
I can only remember his words of wisdom when he taught us that what is right is when we do things that benefit others and what is wrong is when we do things that hurt others.
That is why Socrates said, "The only good is knowledge and the only evil is ignorance."
Man behaves like an imbecile it's because of ignorance, they don't know what is right and what is wrong!
