Clarity - You must be crystal clear on where you want to go. What do you want to achieve in life. A good example is riding a bicycle, you must know where you want to go?
You - Buddha, the enlightened master said, "You are what you think." You must be crystal clear on what are the values, principles and beliefs you hold close to your heart. Because you cannot be what you are not, isn't it? You are made up of the values, principles and beliefs that are very close to your heart.
Commitment - It is what separates the men from the boys and those who succeed from those who fail. To achieve your dream you must be willing to commit money, time and consistent effort to achieve it, isn't it?
Love - It is the greatest force on earth, and you've heard it many times that God is love and love is God, haven't you? God is wisdom too. And with love and wisdom, you can have all the good things you want in this life, and more importantly, everlasting, joyful and meaningful life in God's kingdom!
Education - It is the highest form of leverage, you learn it once and you can apply it as many times as possible to your business and your life.

40 to 60 years - Live and Give as much as you can. Yes, the best way to live is to give.
60 to 80 years - Have an exit plan, prepare for your expiry date! Sooner or later we have to die and we must discover our purpose and why we are here on earth.
80 to 100 years - God's blessings and for those who have not discover their purpose and meaning in life, this is definitely the time to do it and prepare yourself to meet God!
