The cold hard truth is good network marketing companies are only a handful, the majority must get their acts together in four critical areas, the integrity of the management, good range of exclusive and proprietary products, good and generous compensation plan and good support system offline and online.

1. Networking - If you are not networking you are not working. The first step to doing business is building the skill of building relationship and constantly making new friends.

2. List - You've heard many times that the money is in the list. That is only half truth, the money is in the list when you build a good relationship with the list and has build the relationship and trust.
Start with the 100 to 200 names in your smart phone. There is a strategy on how to work on your list and this will be covered at my free training.
3. Call - You must invite people to a business presentation or a 25-minute presentation over a cup of coffee. Your call is to invite and not to present or explain what the opportunity is all about. Keep it to one minute or less. Again you will be taught what to say and how to say it at our free training.
4. Present - When you are newbie, leverage on the enthusiasm, knowledge and confidence of your leaders, let them present for you. In this wonderful business of people helping people to live a better life, you can learn and earn at the same time!
5. Help People Make A Wise Decision - Help them to decide by giving them clarity on why this wonderful business is taking the world by storm and attracting thousands of professionals such as doctors, lawyers, accountants, engineers, etc.
Getting people to join your team is the lifeblood of your business!
6. Follow Up - Always do the basic follow up for the smart consumers or business builders, they need to know the basics on the starter kit and what to do in the next 30 days.
7. Follow Through - You must spend more time with the business builders to give them clarity on what they must do to build a successful business. Clarity is power!
You must meet with your business builders at least once a week or you don't have a business!
8. Lead by Example - This is the best form of leadership, walk the talk! In advertising, there is a popular saying, "Don't tell me, show me!"
Show them exactly what to do and they love to see their leaders leading by example and doing what they tell them to do!
This business is driven by leaders. All you need is a few good leaders to help you build an organization of tens of thousands. To attract leaders you must be a leader and lead the way!
